Booking and rates

Making a booking

As your bookers, we do all the hard work for you so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of endlessly searching for that perfect place to stay. So get in touch and let us help you find a home from home.

To start a booking you should first fill out our enquiry form.
Whether you are just making an enquiry, want to start a booking, or are enquiring as a third party, this is the way to get the ball rolling.

Once you have submitted the form we’ll have a better idea of what you are looking for, and can start looking through our books for suitable accommodation. We will then send you links to the microsites for a handpicked selection of available Hosts, each giving further information about their accommodation to help you to make an informed choice. These microsites are private webpages curated by the Host who provides up-to-date information about their accommodation including a selection of images, full details of what’s included, as well as information about the location, transport links and amenities in the surrounding area.

Then once you have chosen your preferred accommodation we will confirm your booking by taking a deposit and put you in touch with your Host. As a bespoke service it's very simple.

Prices for studios and flats vary, and if you submit an enquiry we can give you prices for a selection of options.

Payments

Once you have chosen your preferred accommodation option, we will email you the full details and cost breakdown for your stay. To confirm your booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit through our secure payment page which operates through Sage Pay. It is quick, easy and safe, and of course you can make the payment at any time to suit you.

The balance of your payment is made to your Host in cash on arrival, however if you are unable to pay this way other arrangements can be made.

There are some anomalies to this payment process, and particularly if you are renting a flat. Hosts of some flats require an advance payment or a refundable deposit on arrival as insurance against any damages. In such cases we will make you aware of the unusual payment circumstances before you confirm the booking.
